Ramanand Kumar, trading as conformance.report, is committed to making this website accessible in accordance with EN 301 549, which takes WCAG 2.1 Level AA as its web baseline.

Conformance status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

We are stating partial rather than full conformance deliberately. Our automated checks find no violations on any page of this site, and we run them on every deploy. But automated testing reaches only 16 of the 50 Level AA success criteria, so a clean automated result cannot establish conformance. We have not yet commissioned an independent expert audit or completed structured testing with assistive technology. Until we have, claiming full conformance would be the same overstatement we criticise elsewhere on this site.

How this site is built

Static HTML and one stylesheet. No JavaScript, no web fonts, no cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts. Content is readable and navigable with JavaScript unavailable, respects the operating system light and dark preference, honours reduced-motion preferences, and uses no fixed pixel font sizes that prevent resizing.

Known limitations

Areas we know are untested or imperfect:

  • No independent expert audit or formal assistive-technology testing has been carried out yet.
  • Data tables carry captions and header scopes, but complex tables have not been reviewed by a screen-reader user.
  • Reports and test suites we deliver to customers are generated artifacts and are not covered by this statement. We are working towards the same standard for them.
  • Email is our only contact channel at present. If email is a barrier for you, say so through any route that works and we will find an alternative.

Assessment method

Self-assessment, using the same engine this site sells: axe-core against the WCAG 2.1 A and AA rulesets in a headless Chromium browser, run against every page on every deploy, plus manual keyboard-only navigation and checks in both colour schemes.

Feedback

If you meet a barrier on this site, tell us at scans@conformance.report. Describe the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to fix confirmed barriers on this site within 30 days. If we cannot, we will tell you why and what the alternative is.

Why we publish this at all

We are not required to. This site is a business-to-business service, and the European Accessibility Act defines e-commerce services as those provided at the request of a consumer with a view to a consumer contract, which excludes services offered only to businesses. Separately, Article 4(5) of the Act exempts microenterprises providing services, meaning fewer than 10 people and turnover or balance sheet under 2 million euro. We meet that description, and we are established in India rather than the EU.

We publish a statement anyway, and hold this site to the standard voluntarily, because we sell accessibility work. A vendor that exempts itself from its own subject matter is not worth hiring. Treat this as a commitment we have chosen, not one imposed on us.
